Description
A chamber opera in one act based on the drama by Eugene O'Neill. The play's dramatic tension and powerful emotions are heightened by music which is contemporary but expressive. Where the Cross Is Made was winner of the 2005-2006 National Opera Association's competition for the best new chamber opera. Its small cast and orchestra make it particularly suitable for university or conservatory presentation. This is the 2017 version.
